I swapped out an air cooler to a H155i Pro on my Z-370F motherboard (+ adding in a corsair commander pro to control all the fans and LED). And all of a sudden the motherboard SATA-ports becomes unresponsive. When I try my HDD with same cable on another computer, they show up, but not on my current computer. Please help give me some ideas what I could do.

How is corsair commander pro attached to your motherboard. Is it a usb 2.0 header on your mobo?

Do all of the sata ports stop working. Do you use the HDD for boot or do you have another drive? If so, is it M.2 or sata
