How to disable telemetry?

Go to solution Solved by Delicieuxz,

If you've just installed Windows 7, and haven't updated it to post August 2015, what telemetry is there to disable? Microsoft started back-adding all that stuff around July or August 2015 and onward. So, congrats: You already have a telemetry-free OS.

Can someone tell me how to disable telemetry on windows 7? Everyone says "go to Services> then Disable Diagnostic Tracking Service, Connected User Experiences and Telemetry and dmwappushsvc ", but I don't have them haha. And Disable Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP), but It's already disabled.

Note:I recently installed the windows 7 and I didn't do any updates yet.
