AOC RMA

Go to solution Solved by samcool55,

Well, if the store is known for its good customer service, send it to them.

If you aren't sure, give AOC a call, they'll know what to do :P

If i take it to the store and they won't give me a new screen, can i still send it to AOC?

Of course, in the end it's AOC that will take care of the warranty and the shop will only act as a middle man.

But sometimes they might do stuff a bit different as a part of customer service.

For example, they take your monitor and give you the same one but new right away so you don't need to wait for the RMA. But that's different for every shop.

Hi people. My screen has quite a bit of dead pixels and i'm going to RMA it, question is, where do i send it? Do i go the store i got it from or send it to AOC themselves?

Thanks!

Depends on the shop. My local enthusiast big-box retailer gives all products a 1 year warranty straight from them. Check with your retailer.

He lives in Denmark so he has 2-year warranty at least from the seller regardless where he bought it from (at least if it was at a shop from the EU)
