Dead CPU maybe? Your motherboard might need a BIOS update, or it just doesn't support the i5.

i3 530 has Intel inbuilt graphics. The i5 750 does not. You will need a discrete GPU to be able to run the display with the i5 750 CPU.

Are there any beeps when starting up? (Nvm assumed you were using a discrete GPU anyways)

My bad again, just saw another post where you said you had a discrete GPU, make sure you have your monitor plugged into that and not the motherboard (Even if you are using a CPU with built-in graphics)
