Hi guys so i got a MSI GS63vr 7rf

 

so when i play PUBG at low to high settiings i get temps from 83-94 degrees

 

so when i play fortnite at epic settings i get temps from 85 degrees but an fps of 20-23

 

are these normal?

A bit high but still acceptable for a thin gaming laptop. Try undervolting CPU and GPU, maybe consider do a repaste.

which thermal paste do you suggest.

94 is pretty high.

 

Experiment with undervolting and definitely do a repaste if you can. @ZM Fong has solid recommendations but I would personally pick Kyronaut.
