Opinons, the 560 should get by with the games I have and want to have. 

Planning to get windows 10, a 120 ssd and 8 more gigs of ram.

bad PSU, get a CX450M or coolermaster masterwatt instead. i'd also look at an i3 8100 and cheap H310 board instead since you're gonna use an rx 560.

ive heard about the i3-8100 but I thought it would really be a downgrade with most expense seeing that the ryzen 2200g is 100$ with integrated graphics

the 8100 has a weaker iGPU, but it doesn't matter when you aren't gonna use it anyways while the CPU portion will perform better.
