bad PSU, get a CX450M or coolermaster masterwatt instead. i'd also look at an i3 8100 and cheap H310 board instead since you're gonna use an rx 560.

the 8100 has a weaker iGPU, but it doesn't matter when you aren't gonna use it anyways while the CPU portion will perform better.
