Better Netflix?

Couple days ago, I decided that I should try out Netflix. In Slovakia, where I live, we get so little TV shows, not even third of what I'd want to see. But I love being able to have an app installed, so I can watch on phone anytime I want. But you know, only such limited content. Question being, is there some better service, or way, to get my fav shows on phone this easy? Thanks.

I'm pretty sure you can download shows to watch offline on Netflix.

Plex assuming you buy the blur-ray or dvd version of the series or movie. Amazon prime also allows offline saving

I see that I haven't explained myself correctly.

The issue is lack of Netflix shows. I already know about the downloading and as I mentioned, I love it, so that is essentially a necessity at this point. Question still is, what service should I use, that has fair amount of shoes and a phone app at the same time?
