If it's fresh I say do it again. That way you know for sure everything will be ok.

It can happen, that's why it's usually adviced to install Windows with only 1 drive attached. Chances are now, that if you remove the HDD, Windows will not boot. Either that, or it's a recovery partition or something similar.
