I need help! I dont get fps by lowering res.

Hmmm. It seems to settle down on useage. So not really a problem there, I was worried a virus scanner was hogging the system.

Run a benchmark, post stats.

I assume your GPU is fine. Your bottle neck is CPU and GPU bound. You have hit max FPS for the system. My prognosis (diagnosis (opinion (observation (decision)))) is that your PC is absolutely fine.

What kind of benchmark?

Any will do. Futuremark do one. In what way are FPS not better? What FPS are you expecting? What resolution are you running?

Well you asked about what CPU1,2,3,4 are. Those are 4 different threads of your CPU (2 cores, 2 hyperthreaded (virtual) cores). So you may see if one or two of them are at 100%, even though task manager says you're not at 100% CPU usage since you have more threads available, if the game only uses a couple that can still limit performance.

Main Rig: R9 5950X @ PBO, RTX 3090, 64 GB DDR4 3666, InWin 101, Full Hardline Watercooling

Server: R7 1700X @ 4.0 GHz, GTX 1080 Ti, 32GB DDR4 3000, Cooler Master NR200P, Full Soft Watercooling

LAN Rig: R5 3600X @ PBO, RTX 2070, 32 GB DDR4 3200, Dan Case A4-SFV V4, 120mm AIO for the CPU

HTPC: i7-7700K @ 4.6 GHz, GTX 1050 Ti, 16 GB DDR4 3200, AliExpress K39, IS-47K Cooler

Router: R3 2200G @ stock, 4GB DDR4 2400, what are cases, stock cooler

I don't have a problem...

I'm broke asf. so im not buying 3dmark or shit but ill find a free one,idk do u mean in benchmark or ingame but ingame (Counter Strike - Global Offensive)

I use 1280x960 Resolution Im expecting over 200fps but its stuck in the same fps as in 1920x1080 And yes i have unlitimited my FPS And the average FPS is like only 100-120

And in fortnite i use 1920x1080 And avg is about 100 fps so my PC is working good but i dont get anymore fps by lowering resolution that is very bad when im playing csgo and i need lots of fps.

They have a free version: https://benchmarks.ul.com/3dmark (at bottom)

That FPS is fine. Why are you expecting over 200fps?

not expecting  over 200fps from 1920x1080 i mean like in 1024x758 res 200 is maybe too much for 1280x960 in csgo sorry i overrated xD

I said little bit too much but in csgo every fps makes the game smoother but in fortnite 100 is fine

and my screen is 75hz btw

Update: I uninstalled msi afterburner because i wanted to test my fps in gpu tweak II.

so gpu tweak puts my core clock -100 automatically but i get more fps ingame than with msi afterburner +140 core clock and +150 memory clock.

But i still cant get any fps boost by lowering resolution in any games :(

Sounds like a heating/voltage problem if underclocking the GPU gives a better performance!
