what do you have your resolution set to? change your windows resolution down to 1280x720 or lower and see if it launches

I have it at 1080, but i have tried at 1024-768 and same error.

Compatibility mode?

Ill give it a shot

hmm.. disconnected controller? tried compatibility mode? if yes and that didnt work..you may have to install xp/me/2000 on a virtual machine if you want to play it that badly

Its not of high importance i just was wondering if there something i have not tried.
