floatplane unsubbed me

3 days ago paypal notified me that i had paid 2.99 usd to floatplane as usual and now when i try to login to the forum or the official website it doesn't show me as a floatplane subscriber... :( my plane sunk.....

Did you try the resync link? Which is in support thread pinned in this section.

I seem to have the same problem, I've checked and I was billed for float plane on the 27th and I have tried the refresh button and logging out of floatplane and neither have worked

If you purchased it though the forum, you can use the wizard at https://linustechtips.com/main/index.php?app=floatplane&module=support&controller=wizard&_new=1 (also linked in the footer) to automatically fix most issues. If that doesn't fix it, or you purchased through the floatplane site, you'll need to send an email to floatplanehelp@gmail.com
