floatplane floatplane unsubbed me

3 days ago paypal notified me that i had paid 2.99 usd to floatplane as usual and now when i try to login to the forum or the official website it doesn't show me as a floatplane subscriber...  my plane sunk.....

Did you try the resync link? Which is in support thread pinned in this section.

It looks like your subscription is set up now. Are you still having issues?

I seem to have the same problem, I've checked and I was billed for float plane on the 27th and I have tried the refresh button and logging out of floatplane and neither have worked

If you purchased it though the forum, you can use the wizard at https://linustechtips.com/main/index.php?app=floatplane&module=support&controller=wizard&_new=1 (also linked in the footer) to automatically fix most issues. If that doesn't fix it, or you purchased through the floatplane site, you'll need to send an email to floatplanehelp@gmail.com
