Should I get this pc and just plop in a gt 1030 with a western digital black 1TB.

I am looking for A pc where I don't have to replace the power supply so my graphics card can actually run at maximum efficiency. Also, the reason I am choosing a gt1030 is because its cheap, but not too bad at gaming at low settings which I am fine with for now.

Sorry here is the PC.  https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA7RB6ME7765

you sure if it has a PCIe slot and space inside the case for a full size card?

The power supply in that is probably already close to it's limits, I don't know if you'll be able to put a graphics card in it (or if the chassis would even fit it). You also may be able to get better performance for the price with a Ryzen APU since you appear to be going for a budget system. (And you also have an upgrade path with an AM4 motherboard)

Are there any other Computers that I can buy and just plop in a graphics card a.k.a a GT 1030. I am trying to spend less than 450 on a PC for budget gaming

You can't just buy a computer and plop a graphics card in it, this is the linus tech tips forum. Jokes aside, save yourself money & time in the future. You should be able to build a Ryzen APU system for that price. Just get a higher wattage PSU (and a case that has room for a GPU) for head room in the future.

Its not a bad idea, but I wouldn't recommend the thinkcenter small form factor as a base.  Newegg sells lots of refurb OEM systems, so they are always showing up in all different configs.

That said, I'd look for a full tower and put in a 1050ti.  That will be the best performance / $ in the $350-$450 price point.

Anything higher than a 1050ti will require an upgraded PSU, and now you're either looking at a gaming PC or building your own at that point.
