If you can get the rx 580 8gb for 200 then get it. The 580 and the 1060 are basically on par with each other in performance with each maybe being a little bit better depending on the game.

They have always traded blows and it's really hard to tell which is better because of this. Bottom line is that they basically are the same performance with in a couple of percents.

not my point but yeah, it's a pretty obvious choice for the 580.
