Cooler For AM3+ Socket

Hello Everyone,

I am searching for a cooler for my AMD FX6100 processor. Till now I was using the stock cooler that came with the processor. It has stopped working. Now I need a good cooler which is cheap. I won't be overclocking the CPU. Just normal use. 

Can anyone suggest some good and cheap coolers.

Where are you shopping/located? What ram and case are you using?

Hyper 212 EVO, just plain no frills. You could go cheaper, but this is still my go to cooler for stock and mild overclocks. Relatively quiet too.

I would go with a Hyper 212

They have been my Go to for most of my builds and i have recommended them to every person who's planning on a build. They are compatible almost every Socket and gives really good performance for its price, it can even push a mild OC if you want to.

Just make sure it fits as it's way taller than a stock AM3 cooler. But should fit in most ATX cases.

If you're not sure what case you have, please post some photos of it. Could be more specific on the ram? There should be a model name besides the manufacturer's name.

If RAM doesn't have heatspreaders, its most likely ValueRAM and will fit with every cooler.
