Or close explorer.exe in task manager and go to create new task at the top left, type explorer.exe to reopen. If this doesn't help try restart.
This looks like it could be a bug with Windows Aero.

Probably but no idea why are you quoting me for that, I have a batch file to do it for me lol

Thanks for the replies. Hadn't rebooted my computer in a while tbh since I always use hibernate. Shutting down explorer and restarting it from run didn't do anything. However, once I rebooted, the issue was fixed. I feel like such a dumbass for not doing so initially. Thanks
