$55 Twin Turbo II or $91 Twin Turbo III?

Is it really worth spending nearly $40 extra to get the III? This will cool my R7 370. Thanks!

I wouldn't know that since I haven't tried the III, but I do recommend the cheaper of the two since I can recommend it and it works flawlessly if you install it correctly. It was also SUPER quiet and an extra fan wouldn't make enough of a difference to justify the price.
