$30 for 3 is not gonna get u much in the way of quality or size.

If you are only going with 3 total fans, have 2 intake in the front and 1 exhaust in the back.. plain and simple.

Great recommendation because all you gotta do with the CPU fan is have it point out to the exhaust too, therefore making 2 exhaust fans and 2 intake. If your PSU's fan points outwards too, that can act as an exhaust too.

Idk, you can pick up 120mm LED fluid dynamic fans on ebay for real cheap, like 2 bucks for one.

You could stick with the stock rear case fan and add 2x 140mm's for front intake: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/wj8H99/be-quiet-pure-wings-2-140-612-cfm-140mm-fan-bl040

If you'd prefer something quieter, you could replace the stock fan with another PW2 and go with the cheaper 120mm's instead. https://pcpartpicker.com/product/M6vZxr/be-quiet-pure-wings-2-120-870-cfm-120mm-fan-bl039

Why are you using rear as intake? It would be overall more beneficial to have 2 front intake and 1 rear exhaust. While you can surely have it other way around (rear and top intake, front exhaust), you would need to have extra dust filters at those spots.
