Having problems with my PC after "cleaning"

I decided to do some sort of cleaning (even though i did is wipe off with my clean finger the dust off my graphics card[not the chip part,only the case]) and after I plugged my pc back,the fps on my games were unusually slower (15-13 fps maximum graphics on Starcraft II). What can I do?
