So, I'm pretty much 85% computer hardware illiterate, I know most things like what I need or what something does, but when it comes to putting the parts together and something going wrong, I'm completely lost.

Typically when I try to approach this problem I'll spend 2-3 hours configuring my computer trying to fix it, aka watching videos, reinstalling drivers, deleting old programs, reinstalling hardware, upgrading hardware ect.

The problem is FPS issues and stability. Most computers can run league of legends at a really good framerate so I'll use that as an example for my case.

When I'm playing the game will be at a stable 120 fps, but there's tears every 5-7 seconds where the fps drops to 80-90, and it will create a jitter on the screen where it kinda freezes for half a millisecond, it's noticeable while playing and quite annoying.

For the parts I have I know for a fact I should be running a lot of things better than they're actually running.

My brother told me before it might be a powersupply issue but before I get another I want to know what I should look for and what I should look for and if I should even get one

This is my hardware.
