If you're plugging the RGB hub into your mobo's RGB port, you should be able to sync them all in your motherboard's utility.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

Does your mobo have a second RGB header? Usually up by the CPU cooler

For RGB control you can use splitters on the RGB header but note the amperage of the LED's for each fan as you must not exceed your max output of the RGB header.
