Broken Side Panel

Hey everyone. So unfortunately when I was cleaning out and adjusting fans last night I had to remove my side panels. When moving one it had cracked and as you may know when tempered glass cracks, it doesn't really crack but more so explode. I contacted Thermaltake and they said since it was user error it isn't covered by warranty which is what I expected. However I had asked, too, if it were possible to buy one individually and there was no mention of that. So, I was wondering if anyone here knows if this is even possible (to buy just a tempered glass side panel) and if so how/ where. Thanks! 

 

TLDR: My tempered glass on my Thermaltake G21 broke and was wondering if there was a way to just get a side panel or if I have to get a new case. Thermaltake provided no information and just said it wasn't covered under warranty.

I didn't see under their replacement parts....

But the pricing there leads me to think it isn't that cost effective anyways. (glass panels look like they cost about ~ 50% of a case)

Send them an email and ask them. I know Phanteks doesn't jave the replacement tempered glass on their website but I contacted them and I was able to order it from them.  For me it was about 30 USD to buy and 10 bucks shipping. They also included some free goodies for my case.
