I get this every time i start my computer, What does it mean?

That's the BIOS splash screen, if you press F1 you get into the BIOS menu.

If this happens every time you start your computer it may be worth checking/replacing the CMOS battery.

well as long as he doesnt have any special bios settings it wont really be a problem

It might be a little annoying though having to press F1 and exiting the BIOS on every boot

Somehow my system thinks I have 4 keyboards and 3 mice (K75 and G502). No idea what causes it

it does the same for my on my Asus board. I think it is because my Blackwidow ultimate has a usb passthrough and a mic and audio jack on it. So 4 things are plugged in that would read as a keyboard
