Good day!

 

I am looking to buy this:

It's currently not delivering to my country.

My question is, are these two the same?

so they just have different colors but basically the same thing?

Pretty much the same thing . Same speed , same chips, same latency . Only difference appears to be the PCB and heatsink ( and the color)
