Does such a thing exist? I'm trying to replicate the screen in this video: 

 

The guy in the video says that screen is powered by HDMI since there's no use for a touch screen. However I am struggling to find a screen that doesn't use USB as all my ports are full. Does an LCD screen powered solely by HDMI exist?

Proof is in the video, he powers the screen from the HDMI cable. The link to the screen is in the description or here.

Ok thank you, good to know that they are a thing. However I can't order from Amazon in my country so would this still do the trick?

that screen is still powered through USB, HDMI is current limited to 0.5A which is from what I can see is used for something, not sure what though, where as USB 2.0 is limited  to 0.5A, 3.0 .9A and 1.5A for fast charging, this is only used for supplying power. Also the USB on that makes it a touch screen
