I said workplace, as in a laptop/computer repair shop. So we have some processors for this kind of thing. In our case it's a Ryzen 3 1200 and a GT 710.

 

Any computer shop you go to should offer the service, as long as they have the first gen ryzen processor though some motherboards might already have an updated bios by now.
