Troubles with task manager

I went to move a program ( Corsair Utility Engine) from SSD to HDD , but in order to do that , i had to 'end task' it from the Task Manager

Eventually i didn't move it , but later on when i tried to open it , it wouldnt open. My mouse just does this circle thing and then nothing          happens... What can i do ?

You can't move programs to one disk to another by just copy and pasting the files over. You'll have to reinstall the program entirely and set the target destination to a folder on the HDD. There are a lot associations with registries and etc. that aren't done with a simple copy and paste.
