This is the second time I've bought a game and its done this to me, Just Cause 3 and now Splinter Cell Blacklist, the game seems to be starting then nothing happens I go into task manager and it shows it running in the background processes. I have no anti virus installed currently( I read else were that it can cause issues) and my specs are more than good enough to run Splinter Cell I'm on the Acer Predator Helios 300 with a core i7-7700HQ and a GTX 1060 6gb, Windows 10 64-bit. I just want to play the games I pay for. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer

Thanks, but the issue isn't that I don't want it in the background its that the game only run there and doesn't actually "start", so I can't play the game
