So my CPU isn't detected my specs is

CPU: Ryzen 3 1200

PSU: is some type of deepcool 480w it has a 8pin and 24pin does work i have tested it. I am going to replace it (when I have money ?)

Ram: G.skill F4-2666c15d8gvr 2x 4gb sticks

Mobo : MSI a320m gaming pro

GPU: Rx 460 nitro oc 4gb

And a 1tb WD hard drive

Everything is new I have used the GPU before it does work. On the motherboard the ez debug led lights up as the CPU LED I have taken one of the ram sticks out and swapped it to deferent slots I have no idea what to do now I have taken the CPU fan off  and checked if the CPU is seated all the fans Are spinning but the GPU fans aren't this is also the first time I built a PC I think that the CPU is dead but I hope it is not. I don't think its the memory but then again I don't have another DDR4 system to test it on  including the CPU it could be the motherboard but the LEDs do turn on and I didn't see any smoke . The HDMI cable is in and connected right but don't get signal so if you guys have any suggestions it will help a lot if you need any more info I will try and respond ASAP .
