Please Help!!

So im looking to build a new computer relatively soon and i know now probably isnt a good time to build a computer but yea...

With the computer im planning to play games like GTAV, League of Legends and PUBG on a 144hz 2k monitor

Plan to run those games max setting with at least 80fps avg

Might get 2 monitors eventually 1st being 144hz 2k (main) and 2nd being a 4k 60hz/another 144hz 2k monitor

Budget is around 3.2k SGD

 

My current build pc building plan:

1080ti is mandatory because PUBG's optimization is bad (was garbage, later improved to bad). Other games will run fine with a 1080 or 1070ti (these two are very much alike).

 

do NOT buy zotac amp or amp extreme 1080ti. VRM cooling sucks, which shortens their lifespan.

1080ti is needed, 1080 is worse.

@Jurrunio I chose a 1080ti amp because it like the cheapest card here in Singapore at like $1299 compared to like 1080ti G1 Gaming which used to be the cheapest 1080ti card but now its 1.5k

I'd avoid mixing different refresh rate monitors. Some people are being hit by a bug where by they get a stuttery mess on the higher refresh monitor when using both in Windows 10.

You can add thermal pad between the VRM heatsink and main cooler heatsink to make things better, but that requires taking apart the card yourself. Might throw off the warranty as well.

What if i dont play AAA games on max setting will a 1080 be able to handle 2 144hz 1440p monitors??

I've never experienced or heard of issues with that.
