Needing graphic design work done

I am in search of someone that can work with me to create myself a logo, banner, overlay etc for an up and coming Twitch stream that I am starting. I didn't really know where to look or start, so I figured this would be a good place to. I am wanting to compensate the creator with an agreed amount that is within reason for the both of us. If anyone out there is interested, I would somewhat be wanting to learn how to do these things myself for future instances which would lead to an increased pay. Thanks!
