Wi-Fi 3 bands. 2 don't have internet. Changes daily.

Okay so I'm having a problem. My router has 3 bands, 2.4 and 2x 5.0Ghz.

Today 1 of the 5.0Ghz Wi-Fi works and the 2.4 and the 2nd 5.0Ghz when connected shows No Internet.

Maybe tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, 2.4 and the 1st 5.0Ghz will not have internet and the 2nd 5.0Ghz will have internet.

What is causing this problem?
