Buying a Computer off of Gumtree, What tests should I do before Buying?

Not sure if this is the correct forum but here goes. I saw this fantastic deal for a 1070 PC on gumtree, but I'd like to know what tests I can run to confirm that it is what he says it is and that it is a working computer before I buy it? Thanks in advance.

Not sure of everything I would test but certainly don't test your luck. Ask the seller if they can have a benchmark like furmark running on the card when you get there to check if it's all OK. Also make sure you bring a USB with GPU Z on it to make sure everything is OK on that

If you can test it live, running stress tests on it is good one. If you can't see it, then having pic of it running tests with handwritten note with date or newspaper next to it.
