So i just got stuck in confusion when the common problems is when gpu's hang why wont the company's have one issued in every order instead of having a struggle to make one?

Companies won't risk making more current gen GPUs when the mining bubble can pop at any moment.

There's also a shortage of memory so that pricing has increased as well. In addition HBM in general is still hard to manufacture.
