To keep or not to keep

The question is if I should keep my 2 evga gtx 1080 ti ftw3 cards, return them or sell them. I ask because the new 2080 cards are going to be released this year and idk if I can wait til july-september since I just built my pc (haven't installed cards yet). And are the 2080 going to be a major stepup? I spent a ton on my build and I don' want it to sit but I don' want my cards to be dated and lose my ass on them either. I just can't make up my mind. I would like to hear everybody's opinions

2x evga gtx 1080 ti ftw3

32 gb 3600mhz g skill trident z ram

2x Samsung 960 evo 1tb m.2 ssd

Thermaltake riing 360 premium closed loop cooler

Corsair ax1600i pay

3x 140mm thermaltake fans

3x 120mm thermaltake fans

IMO sell one of your cards and keep the other one to sell later on.

I second @Rasbir Singh. Most games don't benefit from SLI much if at all.

Honestly, I'd sell them even if the 20x series GPUs weren't coming out.
