HDMI powered touch display

I am looking for an HDMI/USB powered display with touch (pref touch but can manage without), max 10 inches, pref around 7 inches. Making a small tablet like PC that'll fit in my car, will be used for music/gps and such (or for anything else by the side passenger). Any recommendations/suggestions? I also don't want it to be too expensive, max around 100$, tho the lower the better

But it's going to be hard finding something of decent quality at the price you're looking at.

I figured i wouldn't get the best quality displays but damn i atleast thought that for around 100$ i could get a 720p screen and such, why is this so expensive?  

 

Would a non-touch screen be a bit less expensive? Or would it not make a difference?

Mostly because too few consumers have a need for these.

It'd probably be less expensive. But if you're willing to roll out your own case and such, you can find some displays at Digikey for a bit cheaper (here's a sample search: https://www.digikey.com/products/en/optoelectronics/display-modules-lcd-oled-graphic/107?k=touch+screen&k=&pkeyword=touch+screen&pv154=1199&FV=ffe0006b&quantity=0&ColumnSort=0&page=1&pageSize=25)
