750 watts is overkill (Even if you upgraded to a GTX 1080 and did light OCing it would still be overkill), might be able to save some if you go for a similar quality PSU at 550w unless you are aiming at the PSU being silent.

i do want my psu to be extremely silent

Get one of those fanless units instead. Seasonic seems to make a lot of them.

It is one of the OEMs of PSU, which means they build power supplies for some prebuilt PCs as well.

 

As long as you avoid the cheaper PSU (because they use outdated tech there), Seasonic is a good brand.

Very much so, they rank well among the other PSU manufacturers in quality but all manufactor's have their bad apples. We have a community topic if you want to see how well a particular series is in quality. (I have a 550w Seasonic G series PSU and its been going strong for years)
