Overcoming VPN ban in a country

I just read that in Turkey (I think, like in China) VPN services are in the process of being blocked. There are also tons of other useful websites (such as Wikipedia) blocked in Turkey. They ban and repon and ban and reopen and so on.

But VPN services can often change their IP so ban would not always work.

If you live in a country like this, what can I do to overcome this sort of stupid bans?

 

What I have come up so far:

1.) Actively follow VPN services that aren't block and use them. If they get banned as well, find a new one. But this will be too costly as you often change VPN because they cost you money.

2.) Ask someone or some company to provide a special service for a country like Turkey. But would they be willing to do it?

 

One can also say that people should talk and negotiate with the government or whoever imposes these bans. But this will easily go out of scope of this forum and thread. So, let's talk about technical solutions to this ban.

 

What are your suggestions?

NordVPN has obfuscated servers, that's the only one I know of, although I'm sure more have them.

ExpressVPN are probably offer the best service. I've been using them for almost 3 years now, speed and reliability is incredible. If you ever have issues it's probably because you don't have the latest version of the VPN. I often use it to bypass iBoss at school, geographic limitations like netflix, and other stuff. I can recommend them!

Honestly, this shouldn't be allowed. Citizens should be allowed to protect their privacy so long as they aren't causing harm to others (crime or such).
