Cpu not detected or failed EZ Debug

So I wanted to change my case and all went well I got all the parts switched over to the new case, however when i tried to turn it on nothing happens i can see on the EZ Debugger its something to do with the CPU. I've already checked and there is no broken pins, does anybody know how to fix it
