Hello! I am looking to build a PC for gaming and streaming. I want to play games like PUBG, fortnite, Rainbow Six, CSGO, and other games similar to those. My budget is $1300 USD or so including a monitor. I'm not interested in used parts.

You're pretty screwed on the GPU Front.

You can run those games mostly fine at 1080p on the R5 2400G, and you'll still be able to stream using ReLive.

Could also just get the 1440p 144hz IPS display for now and run games at 720p upscaled, or in a 1080p window.

could also just save $40-50 and grab a normal 1TB hard drive.

Also both displays are free-sync but the motherboard doesn't have display port. hang on.

If you end up with the APU and one of those displays get one of these boards instead, they have display port.

I turned Mail-in-rebate off since I know many people don't use it and it can make your prices look much lower than they should. I also went with only one 144Hz monitor since the 144Hz will be for gaming and the 60Hz will be for watching your stream chat. The one thing I could see really hurting in this build is the 8Gb of RAM. If you would be willing to drop out the SSD, or just get more RAM later, it would be a great benefit to your build.

CPU: Intel - Core i5-8600K 3.6GHz 6-Core Processor  ($239.99 @ Amazon)

Well, you're in for a really long wait, and by then new parts will have come out and everything you want to get will change anyway.

Then there's no point in planning anything now because new hardware will be out by then

Namely the Ryzen 2 CPUs.

Also an APU system by itself can be $500 or less.

But can it even compare to a system with a 1700 and a 1070? (actual question i’m not trying to be a dick)

Course not, but you can't actually buy GTX 1070s, and they aren't at MSRP anyways. You'd be able to do what you want with the Ryzen APU, and save the rest of your money for when newer GPUs are out, and GPUs are back at MSRP.

if you're buying the parts at fall or black friday, then ask around that time. part prices and availability will change so any list we make will be irrelevant by then.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600X Heatsink: Gelid Phantom Black GPU: Palit RTX 3060 Ti Dual RAM: Corsair DDR4 2x8GB 3000Mhz mobo: Asus X570-P case: Fractal Design Define C PSU: Superflower Leadex Gold 650W
