1080p :)

easily. you might have to turn down the settings to medium in gta5 but it will get 1080p 60fps. I personally think the 2200g is a better value, but if you think you want to upgrade your gpu in the future then a 2400g isn't a bad bet. Also make sure  to get 2 sticks of ddr4, and not a single stick as dual channel is practically required to run anything playably. I would also spend $10-20 more on faster ram (ddr4 3000+) as that will also benefit you framerate further. you can also put a 1500mhz overclock (30% increase in performance) on your igpu without much trouble on a b350 board, which is totally worth it. best part is, upgrading is super simple in the future if the onboard graphics ever feel like they aren't enough. Here's solid recommended parts list: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/wncgLJ

Feels free to swap things in and out acoording to your budget, but I think this is the best value you can get buying new.

I would just get the 2200g and stick with the integrated graphics until you think you need more power. you could also go with the r5 instead if  you think you will upgrade to something more high end or mid range like a 1070 later on, but that parts up to you.
