Good question :)

I doubt enough could be freed up to make a significant difference. In priority order: motherboard, cpu, ssd, gpu.

Thank you, cause I’m currently thinking over spending an extra grand on the build cause i kinda wanna wait till gpu prices go down a little

Waiting is a good idea. New gpu and cpu are expected later this year, so everything will change.

Oh well i will definitely wait now, but what do you think, 2 or 3 k on a pc

Only you can really answer that question. As you have seen 2 grand gets a pretty decent system, even with today's high gpu and memory prices. At today's prices, 3 grand would get you close, if not into to a 4K capable system.

Right cool, cause at a later point i want to spend some money on a custom loop so i was told its only worth it if i get a 1080 and a 8700k so i would have to spend 3k

Might be able to get a GTX 1080 Ti (or whatever is the equivalent at the time) for 3k. All depends on memory and gpu pricing.
