So I got my 2014 Razer BlackWidow Ultimate for 3 years now and out of no where it started to behave weirdly. The keyboard tends to type double letters at times and rarely but sometimes the key wont activate like for example the key "1" whilst playing counter strike which in tense situations wont allow me to switch to my main weapon. Caps lock likes to turn on and off at a single press which gets annoying while typing. I wanted to upgrade to a more space saving and in my opinion higher quality Masterkeys Pro S RGB but since I'am a broke student that would just hit all of my savings.. Any way to check whether it's the keyboard or something else? Ah and I didn't smash or spill anything on my keyboard either.

yeah if it does the same thing R.I.P keyboard

alright gonna try to hit the laptop up later on, and just in case so I save myself another whole topic. If the keyboard is broken I want to go for the Masterkeys Pro S, I heard of it being a superb product but I never really heard of cooler master. How reputable are they compared to the hyped brands such as razer, steelseries etc.?

Razer and Steelseries are considered trash tier. Everything is better than them, including no name Chinese brands you get off Amazon.

How have you never heard of Cooler Master?

I mean, of course I've heard of Cooler Master and their popular cooling solutions, PSU's and cases but I never heard anything about their peripherals. Atleast earlier when I was out to buy peripherals a few years ago I couldn't find anything from Cooler Master that wouldn't get beaten at the same price range by some other brand. Talking overall now about mice, keyboards and headsets back in like 2013-14. Now I see that they do make solid keyboards and mine is to be shipped inbetween Friday and Monday. But I noticed that the keyboard section is the only section Cooler Master shines at right now and there by you don't get to hear much about them when being your average consumer looking for a good deal.
