Friend's PC won't boot

Help

There is something wrong with my friend's PC, when it boots it only stays on a white or black screen with mixed shades of color, it looks like spray painted colors all around the screen. It boots to the bios no problem but after that it stays on the white or black screen mixed with colors.

Specs,
A8-7600
R7 integrated

Does it do the same on a different monitor? Can't say what it is until you try.
