Can a cooler master 212hyper EVO fit in a fractal design define mini?Plus,do u think I should add another fan in the case?

 

With 2mm to spare.

 

Adding another fan isn't necessary with a basic system, but it should allow you to run the fans at a lower speed which would make the system quieter.

If I was adding a fan I'd add it to the front. Leaving the side and top sealed to keep in noise. The middle drive bay can be removed which will allow for freer air flow from the upper front fan.

With...

Without the side panel, you could fit as tall of a heatsink as you want whether it's 5 feet tall or 500 miles...
