So im quite new to pc building and i just swapped my amd stock cooler for a cooler master hyper 212x

However i do have a exhaust fan at the top of my case just infront of my cooler will this suck out the air thats going to my cooler

The fan at the top of the photo is the exhaust fan and the one on the side is obviously the cpu cooler

it would be better for that fan to be in take rather than exhaust to have fresh intake that will feed directly into the CPU cooler and let it all exhaust out the back.

Agreed, with the only concern being dust.  If the intake on the machine has a dust filter there will be some difference.

Case airflow is highly dependent on each different system with this fan being better on intake.  You'll have to try different thing's and test to know for sure.  Maybe put it further back on exhaust?

Audio go Brrrrrr

could just purchase a magnetic dust filter to put on it, they are only a few bucks on Amazon. I am sure if they dont have access to Amazon, they will have some for of availability one way or another.

I already have 2 intakes at the front and 2 exhaust at the back so would that make positive presure and if i changed that fan to intake is that still ok to just have 1 exhaust

I would just move it more back and keep it as exhaust. How are rest of your case fans?

I have 2 intakes at the front i can move the exhaust at the top back 1 space i have the cpu cooler pushing out the rear and i could put the top fan pretty much directly over the cpu cooler

The only thing i would think for that i could be wrong but because heat rises wouldnt it be bad to have intake at the top?
