What TIM to use
Go to solution

Any TIM you have on-hand will do the trick if you already have some, but if you don't thermal grizzly Kryonaut is considered the best AFAIK (although there's lots of debate and no clear winner), and IC Diamond, Arctic Silver 5, or any other reputable thermal paste will be great as well.
