I would wash it with a wet cloth, as to not damage the non slip bottom.

Don't wash it in the machine, it may ruin it. 

 

I simply put mine in the tub, splashed some warm water over it, added some shampoo (can also use soap or other stuff), and gently rubbed it with my fingers. Finally, rinsed it and towel dried it a bit. Then I left it on a flat surface to dry completely. 

 

The texture was preserved.
