TV to reciever

Im fairly neew to this kind of suff, how to I connect my TV to the reciever so that it will play with my speakers?

Could you post a photo of the outputs available on your TV as well?

 

If it has the RCA (the red, white and yellow sockets) pins then you can use a two pin RCA wire and connect the TV output to the receiver input

Tv came with this, dont know what to plug

Btw, the colors of the audio RCA wire does not match - think of it as a line connecting dots. As long as the same line goes to the same corresponding color dot, it is fine

Your receiver has an HDMI out, so it must have an HDMI in as well then right? So you'd wire from your source to the receiver, then out of the receiver to the TV.

Yes. but this should go into the component in

 

Also, as @Theguywhobea mentioned, if your receiver has an HDMI input - use that with an HDMI cord

it only has HDMI out, tried to ARC but didnt seem to work, HDMI out serves as a DVD player

@razaldo it only has an optical out which my receiver doesnt support

Was researching this further, and you can make it work through a Digital to Analog Converter (attaching photo and amazon link)
