Sounds strange, right click works perfectly fine for me and comes up before I even have time to react. Try boot into Safe Boot by holding down the Shift key while restarting. Log in and test the right click. Then reboot back into normal mode. Sometimes safe boot can fix things because it clears many caches that sometimes get corrupt or too large.
