Internet Ping Problem

Hello Folks!

 

Since @Youbetternot has a really bad Internet connection problem, I need to post this for him.

 

So, the problem is that he can't even load a webpage, and he says ingame he gets a ping of about 1k.

He tried reseting his router.

 

Any tips what he could do?

Call the ISP, it can never hurt and most of the time they give you discounts if you complain enough. :)

Wait, I think this could because of the amount of stress on the line. Also call your ISP.

ISP told me to contact my router company.
